Baglogs:

Brian Edridge (+84=803)

A good result for the year, passing the 800 mark, but not in the way intended. After sailing to Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Man in April, a serious storm caused a bad injury to my wife's hand, which put paid to the plan to complete the hills of the Inner and Outer Hebrides apart from Skye and Mull, which will require use of the car. However, being based at home for the summer allowed trips to Angus and the west Highlands for Grahams and south of the central belt for Marilyns. A visit to Hampshire for a family wedding enabled a detour to the Isle of Wight for its two hills. As usual, most of my hillwalking was solitary but I had company on five hills, and met other walkers on only three.
