My interest in Marilyns began... after I finished Munros and Corbetts, I was encouraged by Audrey Litterick. It was good to have a list which covered most of the UK. I started bagging about 2005.
My favourite Marilyns are... those on which I rock climbed part of the route and I also enjoy those on islands.
My least favourite Marilyns are... those which entail crossing agricultural fields with or without livestock.
Do I keep Marilyn bagging a secret? I do not.
I... have climbed and skied most of my life with family and friends. I belong to the Scottish Ski Club and the Ferranti MC (which includes several Hall of Fame members). I've also walked and climbed in Himalayas, South Africa and Greenland.
