Baglog bonanza:

Nicola Howarth (+53=838)

Fewer Marilyns in 2014, largely because I finished the English ones in 2013 so now have further to travel from Cambridge. However, it was still a great hill-bagging year in that I finished the Corbetts in May, coinciding with a big birthday. A group of friends and Charlie the border collie joined me in Inverie and we spent a week enjoying some splendid walking and excellent food. The final Corbett was Sgurr Coire Choinnichean, the sun shone for the day and a light breeze kept the midges at bay. It is a stunning hill, and a great one to finish on.

Later in the year while bagging a few Welsh Marilyns I managed to complete my final Furth. I also spent Easter enjoying the hills on the Isle of Man, especially those by the south-west coast and North Barrule up in the north. I am now continuing to bag Grahams, with a provisional completion date in May 2019.
