Baglogs (72 of them):

Robert and Dale Allan (+136=886)

2013 was a good bagging year, which included a nine-Marilyn bag from a day visit to north Wales in April and a twenty-Marilyn haul from a three-day visit to south England in August.

The most enjoyable experience of the year was a brief but rewarding visit to Jura in June, and the biggest disappointment was the annoying clegs in Knoydart in July. The strangest experience was during an overnight kip in the car near to Winter Hill when we had to eventually move on as we had parked in the local dogging site.

Due to an excellent weather window on Christmas morning we had to take the opportunity to bag the dreaded Benbeoch followed by Craiglee then a quick sprint up the road for a well-deserved Christmas dinner.

With the number of remaining hills requiring access by sea, I think if I am to achieve my targets I may have to trade in the wife for a new one who is a boat owner. The main projects for 2014 will be a visit to Harris in order to complete the remaining Corbett, plus summit a few more Grahams and visit as many Scottish islands as possible with the new wife and boat.
