Baglogs (72 of them):

Peter Wilson (+0=666) and Frances Wilson (+0=627)

For the second year in succession the Marilyn total remained static for me (PW), and Frances had a similar year although we both re-ascended many hills. The only lists to acquire ticks were the Lake District Synges (northern fells) and the Submarilyns, but even these were paltry numbers - three or four on the former and one on the latter.

A visit to Colonsay for landscape and archaeological work provided me with the chance to reach the island's highest point and Submarilyn Carnan Eoin and the opportunity was duly taken on a warm and clear day at the end of May. A few other Colonsay hills were also ascended but several MacPhies remained elusive. We plan to push both British and Irish Marilyns along in 2014.
