Baglogs:
Jim Fothergill (+103=1275)
I've managed to increase my total by three figures for the eighth year in a row and have only a few hills left to do in a number of lists. I had five trips in the year: a week at Fort William at the excellent Achintee farm in March, a fortnight based in Inverness and Cullen in April, a trip to the Small Isles in May, a fortnight in Aviemore, Ullapool, Islay and Jura in July, and a three-day trip to the south-east of England in September.
Highlights of the year:
- A snowy walk from Corrour to in March and on the same trip another snowy round of from the Corran ferry.
- Rainbows over Stac Gorm in April.
- Meeting up with Alan and friends for Ben Aigan, his last mainland Marilyn, in April.
- Rum Cuillin from Kinloch Castle and An Sgurr on Eigg in May.
- Suilven and an end-to-end walk over Beinn Eilideach and Meall Dubh to Ullapool in July.
- The round of Sgorr nam Faoileann, Glas Bheinn and Beinn Bheigier on Islay. Unfortunately we did not pick the best day for the Paps of Jura, which included my mate's second Corbetts completion.
