Lowlight of the year: Getting completely psyched out on a night-time ascent of Upper Park, early in the shooting season, by the sheer number of pheasants making alarm calls. I thus missed out on a joint completion with Colin Crawford of his last English Marilyn and my last Welsh one on the same day.
