Baglogs:

Iain Thow (+34=1259)

Amazing weather in the north-west in 2012 meant I only had nine wet days between 9 April and 6 October, so lots of great days. Guiding and guidebook work meant that few of them were spent bagging, Islay and Jura in April providing the best haul. Best day was probably doing Tower Ridge on a superb June day with nobody else on the whole of the north face.

A scrambling/climbing trip to Arran in May was a gem too, as was stringing together 1000m of scrambles on Ben Buie in Mull.

Much time got taken up by the consequences of a drunken challenge to do a thousand rock climbs in a year. I managed it by November but have not managed to extract the promised pint yet. The calendar rounds game got to two climbing days and three 2000ft days left, so I might manage to finish those next year.
