Last year's report was a bit negative, so this time I'm concentrating on just one hill to illustrate why I do it. Went up Foinaven from the west in April in thick mist. Snow on top. Just before reaching the summit the mist cleared to show a double cornice on Ganu Mor, a contrast of snow and black crag on Lord Reay's Seat, and summits and seascape rolling into distance. Hill immediately entered top ten chart of best all-time summits.
