I was joined on my 600th, Knock of Braemoray (9A), by my wife Liz and friends George, Judi, Hamish, Alex and Evie (aged 7 and climbing her first hill). My first Marilyn was Carleatheran (26) which I climbed with my dad. It was also his first Marilyn, and he's now up to three. When we reached the top of the hill I threw myself down on the grass and said 'dad there's something inside me going bump, bump, bump'.
