Excuse Annex
- Alver and Moira Burks
- A total of 69 for 2002 doesn't seem much but then we were in New Zealand for three months from January to April, which was a great trip. We'd always wanted to go and thought we'd better do it before we get any older.
- Peter Child
- Not progressed very much due to moving house.
- Clem Clements
- I'd reached 98% of my current total before four of the first seven in the Hall of Fame had even started. Badgers to blame.
- Colin Donnelly
- I was concentrating on the British mountain racing for over-40s title. The Welsh bagging excursion in August was a reward for winning it.
- Gerry Knight
- Managed to reach 1006 before returning to Leicester to have right knee investigated for long-term problem. The operation was not a success. It took seven months before I could walk for 30 minutes.
- Charles Knowles
- My back problem is severely restricting physical activities despite doing the prescribed exercises. At home I'm finding it easier to get about on a bike than on foot, but I still have to avoid steep hills or suffer next day if I try to do too much.
- James Lamb
- Last year was a bad year for injuries. Hopefully I'm on the road to recovery having been to a chiropractor, physio, podiadrist and sports therapist.
- Peter Lincoln
- I have no more new peaks to report but am very close to completing my third round of the Munros.
- Michael Poznanski
- My one new Marilyn was quite fortuitous, the result of a stalker's request to change my route. I have not, however, lost my love of climbing as I have been revisiting old favourites. No second rounds for me, just returning to incredibly enjoyable places. Next year, who knows?
